全加拿大東西岸的慈濟人文學校將統一採用TUIO註冊報名系統，由於新系統需要時間熟悉運作，如做成不便，請家長諒解。
（一）操作流程說明：
1. 如果您的小孩是舊生，家長們將收到孩子們2025～2026 新學年度個別的 TUIO 班級註冊連結，請務必檢查電子郵件（包括垃圾郵件）以免遺漏。 2025~2026年學雜費Tuition：每位$580/year 共30週 (同一家庭之第二位$560/year，第三位$540/year，第四位$520/year，依姓氏及居住地址判定。)
2. 收到連結後，請盡速在 TUIO 系統建立 Parent 帳號，並登錄小孩的資料完成註冊流程。（如果您有超過一位小孩報讀， Parent 帳號只需要建立一次即可。）
3. 校方收到家長們填寫 TUIO 系統的註冊通知後，經由校方審核同意確認後，家長們才會收到來自 TUIO 系統的學費繳款通知，敬請家長們儘速完成確認繳費。
4. 新生註冊，請填寫下面Google Form並送出，校方收到後會主動聯繫您。

（二） TUIO 系統繳費方式選擇：
1. 信用卡：若您選擇使用信用卡付款，信用卡公司將會另外收取每位學生額外的手續費約$20多加元，手續費多少視乎不同的信用卡公司。

（二） TUIO 系統繳費方式選擇：
1. 信用卡：若您選擇使用信用卡付款，信用卡公司將會另外收取每位學生額外的手續費約$20多加元，手續費多少視乎不同的信用卡公司。
2. 銀行帳戶（Bank Account）：若您選擇綁定銀行帳戶付款，則無額外費用。但請注意，若帳戶餘額不足，銀行將會收取「不足資金」(NSF) 或退件費（平均約 $25–$35）

Dear Parents, Students, Teachers, and Volunteers,
Greetings from Tzu Chi Academy North Toronto!
We are pleased to announce that the TUIO registration and payment system for the 2025–2026 School Year is now officially live:
All Tzu Chi Academies across Canada have adopted the TUIO registration system. As this is a new system for us and may take some time to become familiar, we kindly ask for parents’ understanding if any inconvenience occurs.
(1) Registration Process:
1. Returning students: Parents will receive their children’s individual TUIO class registration links for the 2025–2026 school year—please check your inbox and spam folder to avoid missing it. Tuition for 2025–2026 is $580 per student per year (30 weeks total). Sibling discounts apply: second child $560/year; third child $540/year; fourth child $520/year (determined by family surname and address).
2. Upon receiving the link, please create a Parent account in TUIO and enter your child’s details to complete registration. If you have more than one child enrolling, one Parent account is sufficient for all.
3. Once the school reviews and approves your registration, you will receive a payment notification through TUIO. Please complete the payment promptly to secure your child’s place.
4. New students: Please submit the Google Form below to register. The school will contact you with the TUIO registration link afterward:

5. Additional Note:
If you have not received your children’s individual TUIO class registration links by June 13, please contact the school directly.
(2) TUIO Registration System Payment Methods:
1. Credit Card: A processing fee of approximately CAD $20+ per student will apply, depending on the card issuer.
2. Bank Account: No service fee, but an average NSF (Non‑Sufficient Funds) charge of CAD $25–$35 may apply if your account does not have enough funds.
